I dont think im treding right. Do I have to right out the #symbol myself? in my status box i press the #symbol then write the trend after it. After my message is posted I will click my trend to see if it works and it says no results for my trend. So im not on the list of the trend. what am i doing wrong?

Well i think the best way to explain would be an example. Lets say you back from work and you want to trend about what your listening:
"back from work. #nowplaying some bob marley to kick back"
Ok that s a terrible update but thats the principle. Your post will then be posted unto the public stream unless your tweets are protected
