If someone creates a page to cause problems and then deletes it can you find out who created it.

No, the only ones that could are Facebook and Law Enforcement. And neither will give you the information. But word of warning all victim needs to do is press abuse and register a complaint, then copy paste to word and report to police and they could be knocking on your door (they tend to take it serious now, give recent deaths and rightly so).
