I have 367 followers but only get like 15 likes a photo on average. WTH. So i went on igexorcist and i have 221 ghost followers. Should I delete them? I'm kinda scared to do it.

you realize that followers can only see your PUBLIC updates, right?
if your posts are set to friends only, followers will not be able to see them

Yes you can delete your ghost followers.
