So today someone randomly added me than I said yes. After they messaged me and than they said I was ugly than I put stfu and than they blocked me . can they delete my account if someone blocked me

No, they can't delete your account just because someone blocked you.

Blocking means that you both cannot view each other's post or profile or message each other. Kinda Invisible.
