and the bottom right there is a "continue" button. should I click on it? and I don't understand why my account was like this...

Yeah, click it and change your password. Basically they thought your account was hacked.

I had something like this a while ago and no idea why, yes click continue and as soon as u can get onto your Facebook change your password just to be safe

Yes click on continue and once you on Facebook change your password.
