It counts down, but then says 'reset'. No picture shows up.

Sometimes there will be a pop-up that you have to click "allow" on so that FAcebook has permission to use your webcam.

You can always forgo the camera and take a creative route! If you want a great profile pic, why not get a custom one like at the etsy shop http://www.chicbyamber.etsy.com they are all custom made and are created from your own photo, check it out I think you'll love it!
