for example when something says "HERE" or "CLICK HERE" and it takes you to another page. I know how to do it on myspace and such but I don't know how to do it on facebook

Hello,
You need to know the profile id of the page then do this
@[profileid:yourword]
Example
@[100000235789:See More]
Post it and the page's link will turn into a single word link
