So basically this person on this social networking site is giving out numbers of famous people on there . Will they get in trouble or something?

Liars. That could be a scam. Never trsut in those numbers. There are some numbers made to be paid. or cheated.

It depends on whose number it is. If it's your own number, I guess it's fine if no one else shares that number. However, if it's someone else's number, make sure you have their permission first, and then post the fact that you had permission from them when you post their number. Otherwise, you could get in a LOT of trouble. In other words, they could sue you or something, even though it isn't illegal in most cases.
