Hi when I try to load my older messages on the Facebook mobile app is tells me to check my connection. I tried it on my computer to and the messages won't load either. My sisters messages load just fine on the mobile app and on the same computer I used.
I haven't done anything wrong like spammed or something.
Can you help me?

this happened to me, if you deactivate you're account then reactivate it, it should work...
