For example, lets say there's a person in my "People you may know" list, lets just say her name is Kassandra, do I show up on her "People you may know" list?
every 1 out of 5 times I refresh my facebook page she keeps popping up on that list, would it be the same for her or not?

you may because your "People you may know" list depends on mutual friends or your friend's friends
so you may be shown in their list
