On the facebook chat next to who isn't online you see a small phone and the time next to it since they last were online. With a friend it doesn't say it anymore and im worried about this friend cause ihaven't talked to her all day. Does this mean your phone is turned off or what?

you see this icon because they use some phone-facebook application, if they uninstall the application then you will not be able to see the last time they were active anymore!
but i am having the same problem with a friend who hasn't uninstall the application!!! so i cannot be sure about what is really going on...

when you Dont See the Time Next to the Phone it Means They are Not Active
