apparently it doesnt say the person read it or anything but it shows a mobile icon an like 11m next to it.. so idk

Well if you're not getting any responses to your messages, then they're probably ignoring you or haven't read them yet.

A mobile icon means they are on their phone.
The number "11m" means they have been online for 11 minutes approximately/
Maybe he has just logged on and is checking other notifications/reading other messages
Or maybe he is just simply busy.
