I have a frend on Facebook who I talk to alot.Then one day, my friend sent me a message and when they sent it, The green dot didnt appear near the person' name. Now I have to guess whether they are online, and that is bad. Sometime I end up writing a message which is useless and now they think Im a spam

Maybe they don't want to appear online to anyone if they thought you were spam they probably would have deleted you or blocked you on Facebook.
