hello everyone
i i havent sign it to my facebook profile for a weak . last night i couldnt connect and when i try to recover my password it asked me help from 3 trusted friends. ok i have 2 trusted friends that i can find. the 3 person i guess is my new girlfriend but i cannot find her in the list. anyone knows why? any possible reasons?
i can see my account through her profile so she is my friend..
can it be because we rarely talk through facebook?

maybe she deactivated her account? maybe her account got suspended? maybe she isnt on your friends list anymore? there are a million possible reasons
maybe you should ask her

Yes sometimes facebook will ask for trusted contacts due to security purposes,
Trusted contacts are people you can reach out to if you ever need help getting into your Facebook account (ex: if you forget your Facebook password and can’t get into your email account to reset it).
To add trusted contacts to your account:
Go to your Security Settings
Click on the Trusted Contacts section
Click Choose Trusted Contacts
Choose 3-5 friends and confirm your choices

Just click (Forgot your password?) from facebook page and submit your email. password reset link will come to your email

1.After typing in your username on FB click on the lost password part of your facebook, request an email be sent to the email-address or cell-number you joined FB under. …when you receive that email you will be able to re-set your FB password through that email.
2.Select forgot password, and opt to receive an email that will enable you to reset the password.
3.click on the forgot password link ur name and a friend’s name
choose any of the option you like

i Dont Think you need to Go through that Procedure i Think there is a Easy Way to Get Back into your Account
Hit Forgot Password on the login page Than Put in your Email Address and Facebook will Email you a Password Reset link Click on the link Inside the Email and Reset your Password and you Can Get Back in
