Maybe he adds people he meets to add to his friend list total has seen u around and figured why not knows you have a crush maybe ur crush asked him to to get info he felt like it

Many people on facebook add people that they are acquaintances with - not necessarily friends. Maybe your crush's friend does the same thing.
