Down at the right hand corner of your profile page click on to chat. Look down there and you should figure it out.

If you don't want to be listed as online, turn off the chat.

Weird, I don't think it's possible.
Oh, there's one way. She sees you commenting on others pictures or liking things, and she can check your recent activities and find out that though your offline you are liking pages so you're invisible.
