Ok so about a month ago my friend was over and he changed my username on Facebook and now i just want it to go back to what it was at first. Is that possible because I really don't want to create a new account and I don't want the username.

you can change it back to anything you have used previously - just go to the page where you edit your name and click edit

go to your privacy settings and edit your user name.
