you must be using the word "block" in the wrong way, because if someone has you blocked, you wouldnt even be able to see their profile

If someone blocks you u will not be able to see their anything. No name no pics no comments no nothing. U can sign onto Facebook with a phony account then u can see a blocked page.

No, once you are blocked you cannot see anything about the person.
