I want to create a page about Car Photography but do not want my friends to see it. Is this possible? thanks.

Only if you invite your friends, they will see your page..Or else if by mistake they type your page name also, they wont know its you. The Admin's name will not be shown

Your Security Setting will let you use Private or Custom. ; )
