I would suggest starting by posting something interesting. Everybody and their brother wants tons of followers on their blog, Instagram, Youtube channel etc...but most people post crap that can be found anywhere so the followers do not come.

I definitely echo what Kenneth said. Everyone wants loads of followers but you need to post interesting thing to get them. Post photos that other people will be interested in. Don't use those "Get loads of followers" or whatever sites. All they will do is gain access to your followers and spam the hell out of them and then they'll unfollow you.
