I have a facebook page and it has over 46,000 likes and a man messaged me asking to buy it. I looked around online and it said about 10 cents per like, so that would be around $4,600, but then I looked other places that said it should be sold for six digits.
How much should I tell the guy I want for it?

The page cost might seem a little higher, you should try from the minimum amount probably around $3000.
