If I send my confession to a facebook confession page and deactivate my account before its published,will the adm still be able to read my confession or publish it?

Yes, even if you deactivate your account. If you deactivate your account all it's doing is eliminating your image above your name that's next to the caption and it doesn't give them the ability to go to your wall. But your confession would be still there
