The only thing they will notice is that you are no longer friends with them, and that they can't find your profile anymore.

yes they may notice when they go to their their messages to view you, there wont be any links to open with you, so the person may think that you either blocked him/her or maybe think that you have deactivated or deleted your account.

He will not get any notification, if that's what you meant. But he/she will no longer be able to communicate with you anymore. He/she will see your id in plain text (not a link to your profile, just plain text) in any photo or video or status in which you are tagged.
