Its like every account she has full access to and takes every thing written out of context. ive changed all passwords and reset all settings on my phone and still seems like she is able to gain full access.

most probably she has installed a keylogger in your computer.
you need do get a good antivirus and look for spywares.

she probably knows how to go thru the browser temp files on your computer
