hey
facebook add an application that make you see all the activity performed by your friends
and it's a window above the Buddy List
I don't have this window, How can I show it on my profile?

If there's no much activities of your friends then that option will disappear and come back when there's lots of activities to show.. and other than that, check for a shrink and expand icon in the upper right side.. not the very top.. use your general knowledge for where it'll be and NOTE it wont be there if the option is disabled due to less activities of your friends and it will come back once when there's plenty of activities to show.

Above your Chat List Look and See if There is a Show Ticker Button If there is Click on it and That Should Do It If Not Than It May Have Been Taken Out Due to Not a lot of Activity Going on
