There's this creepy person that created a page of pics of random students at my college. It looks like they stalked a lot of ppl for their pics. Everyone is freaking out and it was a person from last summer that kept stalking and harrassing us. It's this weird Asian girl name Kandi Chung or whatever? Ik her but do you think I should report her to the cyber police for harrassment or just leave her alone?

I don't think its a crime it would be a crime if they "copied" someone's FaceBook Profile , getting all their pictures , Using their name and saying its them .

Yes, it is illegal to put out photos of persons in public without the owners agreement

Report it! It is almost illegal to take a photo of someone without their consent.
