I want a app like Instagram, Twitter or Facebook? I dont want to download Path cause my phone doesn't let me.! ;c Help.?!

Vine, It's made by Twitter, It's been on iOS for a while now and has just come out on Android, Think of it as the same as Instagram but for videos, You're only allowed 6 second clip on it, If you want to make longer Videos, Try Keek, But it's not nearly as popular. If you do get 'Vine' I recommend following Chris D'elia, He has really funny videos.
