they send you a link in an email - the email account you used to set up your account
open that email, and click the link

first log in an email is send to you mail you have to click the link in the mail ex. click Get start

Go to your Email Address you Will get a Email From Facebook Click on the Link Inside the Email if its Not in your Inbox Check your Junk/Spam Folder As Sometimes Emails Get misrouted
