I cannot use my FaceBook Account. He has hacked my account. I am a female & he is posing as me. I am worried he may be able to get to other private information. What are your suggestions for fixing this problem? What are my rights for him phishing & stealing my idenity?

you can recover your facebook account by using your email account, unless he got into that too because you used the same password for both of them (bad idea)
