Follow people who has #teamfollowback , #followforfollow in their bio. Post intersting and funny tweets, communicate others with reply, retweets etc will get more followers

post some cool/beautiful/great(depends on what you like) pictures, status and stuff to get people notice you and follow you

Its very simple .... this is pure organic way to increase the list of our follower...
Type in Search box "FOLLOW BACK" . Then you got the list of those people who follow back. But don't try to follow them . You have to follow his follower because these are those people who need follower .. so follow them they will instantly follow you back .. Now Smile buddy
