If you block someone on facebook, then unblocked him/her and added her again as your friend, will you be able to see your old interactions again? (messages, tags, posts, etc.)

I don't so I blocked someone before and unblocked them and all the messages were not their so I think everything would be gone

you must not block other;s facebook.if you do this is not good.
