A chat box window would appear on the bottom right side of the screen. A few messages are being exchanged and the list gets longer...the reply box and send button are gradually pushed off the screen area...below. I can't find a scroll bar to go down to the reply box. What's the solution?

Try Using a Different Browser and See if that Fixes the Problem
