Yes, if you are active on mobile there is a little cell phone icon next to your name.

The green dot means the person has the page open and is actively viewing it. If they are on their mobile, then instead of a green dot it should be a cell phone icon.

yes it means you are online in your computer and if you are online in your mobile then a mobile will be drawn there.

Ya i agree, but sometimes it also shows green dot while we have logged in through mobile phones. When we are active on page through mobile phone than also the green dot is shown and when we are not active just logged in is done but not active on page than the mobile symbol is display with the last active time on facebook.
