actually they are separate
but if u mean you don't want any notifications in your yahoo account then then change the settings and
remove email notifications

They Are Separate Already ? If you Mean Turn off Notifications Being Sent to your Yahoo Account Go to Account Settings on Facebook Than Go to Notifcations Than Uncheck Anything that you Dont Want to Be Emailed About
