I was reading my girlfriends and my messages, from the beginning again because they make me happy , so they were over 8000 so it is very difficult to read because when i scroll it down it scrolls very fast and take me far from what i need to read, the bar is too small and if i press keyboard down arrow key then it shows next person's message. what should i do?

You can press in the scroll button in the middle of your mouse and then drag the mouse downwards, remember to have it over the chat window

try space bar or tab buttons.
