Mostly people make Facebook apps and other feature for marketing the product and get big links and comment over their.
How whole system works ?
First they will write some attractive headlines so people visit their page. if you visit that page and suddenly one page will display which required some information like e-maid address, name, surname etc...
If you fill than they will earn 1$, 2$ and 5$ . this earning depend on visitor. you will not earn money but they will surely earn money by targeting you.
