I want to update my pic my pic was there sense 2008 do your know where to go for them to take my picture and they upload it on the computer or I upload it on the computer if they give me the CD I from NY tell me where to go and how much it will cost.

Seriously???? Find a friend with a digital camera and have them take your picture and download it to your computer. It's free.
