Click on the profile pic and then it will ask you to change it
just click on it
then browse and select your pic from your memory drive
done

Click on the profile picture. When you hover your mouse you'll get an option to edit the picture. Just upload the latest pic and you are done. Before selecting and posting your pic read this article on what your profile picture tells about you. This might help you selecting a right pic to post.
