My friend have a contact on facebook.. This contact asked my friend to Poke her.. Then my friend logged out her account..
After a while, her mother was online, and saw her online, but actually she wasn't online,... She Logged on, then facebook show a message to tell her that her facebook has been hacked, then she changed the password and she appear offline, then logged out.. But she still appear online.. What to do?! What's the problem?!
Can the facebook account be hacked by a "Poke"?! Or they took informations by "Poke"?! Is that a Virus?!
(Please if you can tell me in details...)

Your friend shouldn't have accepted a friend request from someone they didn't know. The fact they asked to be poked should have raised alarm bells. Facebook has never been the most secure system in the world and it seems that these people have found a way to exploit loopholes to gain access. My advice, REMOVE THE PERSON, change the password on the Facebook account and recovery email address, send an email to Facebook alerting them of the problem and the link to the perpetrator's Facebook account

Told your your friend to open a new mail account then log in your Facebook account and go to accounts settings then add the mail and make it your primary mail. then delete the previous mail. your Facebook account address will changed. I think it protect your Facebook hacking.
