What did you mean, I am not clear. But Facebook doesn't trace or track your IP address. It just uses your IP to acquire your Geo location and customize language and/or ads for you. That's all. You can even create a Facebook profile of other countries from your IP, if it traced (that is in a restricted way) this could not be possible.
