Me and one of my frndz used to run a fb page. I was the manager of that page and she was a co-admin. I've deactivated my fb id parmanently before making my another id the manager of the page. Now my frnd can't make me a new admin as she is only a co-admin of the page. Is there any way that a co-admin can make herself the manager of a page while there is no manager of the page at all?

if she cant make you an admin, then no
and by the way, it's against the rules to delete one facebook account and create a new one, that's why there is no way to do this
