Follow you, Follow me is a great way to boost your followers. Another method commonly used is companies that specialize in SEO. I have tried many of them. I am happy with http://www.mytrafficbat.com/ . They are very quick and reliable. However, there is tons of companies out there that provide this service. I suggest you do a google or yahoo search. It's actually not that hard to get noticed on twitter and get more followers. You just have to take a look at what type of tweeter you are and adjust your style to that...actually I learned that from this article:
