In the chat box, if there's a little phone symbol and a time next to it, that's when they were last on, right? What does it mean if there's a little phone symbol but no time? Someone said it meant they were on their phone, but that's what the green dot is...

They are using Facebook in there mobile device. The green dot means that they are online on their computer.

Green Dot = Online
Phone Symbol = Using Mobile
Grey Dot = Offline
Half Dot = Idle
