My uncle sent my sixteenth birthday voucher to my facebook email, (amazon voucher) about a month ago but it hasn't turned up?? What happened???
I already checked my other folder

Check your 'other messages'. When you click on your inbox, there is 'other' at the top. Might have gone into there
