I'm pretty sure the only way is to type their name in on the search bar and see if you can you get to their profile. If you can't then your blocked.

Hi,
I've noticed that it removes the ability to search for them anymore.
You can't find them no matter what you do, they don't show up on a regular search, you can't see them in your friends 'friends' list, etc.
It's like they completely disappeared.
The only way to get them back as a friend is for THEM to send a friend request to you (since even though you can't see them, they can still see you)

no, there is no page that lists the people who have blocked you - you just have to figure that out on your own
