It depends on your settings. If they are set to "friends only" then your friends will see it.
Change to "only me" then only you will see it. Also you can tick "don't show in newsfeed".

Yes its depend on your setting if you allow people to see your notifications than they will see.

Yes everyone can see it or it would automatically come on their wall/timeline.
You could prevent this by enabling your privacy.It won't let anyone see your likes.

It depends on the post audience. If the post is friends of friends or public then your friends can see it in their newsfeed. otherwise they cant see it in their newsfeed.
