I just hit 100 followers on Instagram and I kept getting fake followers along the way and I just blocked them so they didn't follow me but now Instagram isn't showing me ALL of my followers so I can't see the fake ones now and it just said I got like 14 new ones but only showed 1 how do I fix this?

Twitter is STUPID and instagram is twitter for people who CAN'T READ. Therefor, you are also stupid and ILLITERATE.

Just keep blocking them. "I can't see the fake ones now" - you've blocked them, so they're no longer following you.
The other problem you mention is a glitch. Hopefully Instagram will take care of it soon.

You can turn on privacy by going to settings, that way people will have to confirm before following you.
