i hello , i have an mind blowing idea for facebook website which can make site more valuable, im not giving my idea here.. it is much amazing as the new graph search. and yes im not kidding or joking. im serious.. how can i give this idea to Facebook and yes, they will give me something i, return or not??

Whether they give you anything or not, be sure to read the terms of service. Sometimes when you introduce an idea to them, it will become their property.
