Just download the app for your phone and log in.

I think you have to take a picture of it with your phone.

It's usually helpful with the facebook app.
Usually I just go to the picture and hold the screen down til a button pops up & it'll say something like, "save." For my fiance's android phone, there are buttons at the bottom of the touch screen. Just depends what type of phone you have though.
