i know i can grow a big page if it was for hentai will facebook ban me or remove my page if i make one i have seen other pages with explict content before.

Your page can be deleted or banned if your page when many people will report your page as explict content page, other page are not banned because they like it and if only some people report it, it does not effect the page if the number of report are low on your page

it takes only 1 report to delete content - so if you are going to try a page like that, just make sure there is no nudity on it at all - and that includes cartoon nudity
